As an homage to Filipino Architecture, its warm, tactile palette of brushed concrete, natural stone, and wood is animated by abundant light and air from expansive windows. The design prioritizes seamless flow and accessible, intentionally-designed spaces, creating a profoundly comfortable and efficient forever home for the future.
